Dear Zoho,
We are having difficulty signing up for a Zoho Mail account. We created an account and verified the email address used to complete the registration process (
lacasa@pacific.net.sg) and are trying to create a free Zoho Mail account with
info@la-casa.com.sg.
When trying to login to the Zoho account, all I can see is "Support". When I go to Zoho Mail and click Sign Up for free account, enter the account we want to create (info) and next I enter the recovery email (@pacific.net.sg), it tells me there is already an account with that email address (which is correct). I click Sign In and enter the username and password and then I'm presented with "Account is Disabled".
What is going on? Appreciate your assistance!
