Unable to sync Account Owner between Zoho Desk and CRM

Hi there,

We use Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM as our two primary business systems. Within CRM, each account is assigned an Account Manager for day to day queries, and we use the 'Account Owner' field in CRM to achieve this. 

We receive a significant number of tickets that require a Support Agent to identify who the Account Manager is. Today, they go through a fairly time consuming process - Opening CRM, logging in to it, searching for the account, and identifying the Account Owner. While this might sound like a small amount of effort, the quantity of tickets means that this is consuming a significant amount of time for our Support Agents.

I was expecting to simply be able to set up a Sync between these two fields, using the CRM integration. But this field does not appear, and I'm unable to map it across. How can I go about solving this challenge?
