I'm trying zoho CRM plug-in for Outlook 365 so that we can decide on the implementation soon.
Unfortunately I'm unable to find a setting on how to Sync the contacts, tasks and calendar.
Your online help topics are too old.... the current outlook 365 does not have options to sync in given path as zoho CRM> settings> setup> marketplace> microsoft>
We are on Office 365 professional licence and Use Mac OS.
The outlook plug in also does not show "conversations" email list as seen in other videos!.
Need immediate help on this one.
