Unable to Update Pick Lists
This is a new problem for me, I am a CRM guru and have done this multiple times.
I have Pick Lists, and when trying to Add Values, it goes through the steps, but does not update the fields when I click Save.
A little frustrating. I can edit the existing value, but not add new ones.

No upper limit reached. The last attempt was on a pick list with only two items, could not add the third.
All modules are affected, Accounts, Contacts, Task, etc. It's only once it became apparent it was more than one module that I became concerend.
And it is just a plain old pick lists, not a multi picklist.
