Unable to upgrade our account. Speedlane and support do not answer

Hi,

We are facing the old problem again: can't upgrade our account after downgrading.  We get this error: "Tag 'insert' can't insert page '/jsp/common/PlanAccount.jsp'. Check if it exists. null "

A wrote two support requests and put two speedlane requests.
Nobody has answered or called.

Could you please help.
