Unable to use an email template in 'Calls' section to email to a Contact or in relation to Call as an activity

Hi

I created an email template as I wanted to email details of the telephone call to a contact.

I went into email template, Calls, found the data I was looking for such as Call Start Time, Call Purpose, Subject, Description etc.

Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to do anything with this as I cannot access the template from within Contacts or access the email of the contact or account from within Activities/Calls.

Any advice on training issue or is this broken?
