Unable to use email template

Unable to use email template

Hi,

I have created an email template called Bagicha First email template. However, I am unable to Send mail to my leads using this template.  How can I use this template.

Also, can email replies  to bagicha.com domain showup in zoho crm for emails initiated by zohocrm
