Unable to use my personal email address

I suddenly only have the option to send from my zoho email address and have been asked to verify my account again. I only set this up 2 weeks ago, does this happen bi-weekly as standard?

Also, I requested a verification code nearly an hour ago and still haven't received anything - It was instant last time, does anyone know how long the code generation can take?
