Unable to use Zoho CRM Blackberry client

Unable to use Zoho CRM Blackberry client

One of our users is able to install the Zoho CRM Blackberry client on his Blackberry Curve. However he get no data in any of the tabs. Just an error message saying that the device is unable to retrieve data. He does have a valid license.
