Unable to verify domain purchased through Weebly

Hi,
I purchased a domain through Weebly yesterday but am unable to get it verified by Zoho. I've tried the CNAME approach as Weebly won't let me add the described TXT record and I don't have access to the folder structure to do the HTML verification.  Please can you help? I tried sending an email to support[at]zoho.com but got no reply so far. I've attached a screen grab with the expiry date from Weebly
