Unassigned request alerts
Hi
I would like to have email alerts sent to the Helpdesk staff when there are unassigned requests older than 1 hour. I could achieve this with regular reports however I don't want them to receive blank reports if there are no unassigned requests. I believe there is a query to run (see topic
http://forums.manageengine.com/#topic/49000002676897) however I am not sure how I can set it to trigger only when unassigned requests meet the threshold. I would also like to receive email alerts when unassigned requests are older than 2 hours.
Has anyone worked out how to do this?
