Unattended Computers Problems and Suggestions
Hello,
I have been trying Assist (What to move away from LogMeIn Central) and see some problems and have some suggestions.
Problems
1) Takes a long time to connect to an unattended computer. (this problem is keeping me from pressing the buy button) As I connect to multiple servers every morning.
2) When closing a session the desktop app closes so I have to reopen it to access another server
Suggestions
1) Have a scheduled reboot option (I use this in central)
2) Option on unattended app to hide the popup in the bottom right hand corner when connected. When I connect to a server I have to minimize it sometimes because it is in the way.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers.
