Unblock my account

I have send only 5 mails and size of all mails is less than 3 MB?
still my outgoing messages are blocked.

How many mail i can send in a 1min.?

If i can't send 5 mails in a 1min then it's not good for me and you also.

Kindly mention the reason and unblock my email id hardik@craigigs.com
