Unblock outgoing mail

Dear ZOHO Support,

A user under my domain (mobzway.com)tried to send an email to several of our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so.

So Please resolve this account outgoing issue ( sudipta@mobzway.com)
