This is very unprofessional by ZOHO. For 24 hours I haven't been able to send group emails to our organisations' stakeholders due mail rate exceed limit. No notification beforehand, the least you could do is to inform that such thing is coming and what the limit is. I have even paid USD 6 to join your "campaign" program to see if this solves the matter, but not. I cannot even send email to "Vipin Karumathil" <
vipin.k@zohocorp.com> who is supposed to be my campaign manager.
