unblocked account but outlook stopped working

I am not able to use outlook to send/receive mail. It just stopped today.. had been working for a long time.

I verified the poppro SSL settings, and did an unblock in the control panel on martin@mjdproperties.com

webmail works, but Outlook still rejecting authentication.

please help!
