Some users (Spammers) abused our service and this led to blacklisting of IP's (74.201.84.154 & 74.201.84.163) and due to this, emails sent from Zoho is getting rejected by Hotmail.com/Outlook.com, Yahoo.com and Gmail.com.
We have blocked the abusive users, but the damage was done. We have requested the respective servers to delist our IP addresses , however we are yet to see a favorable action from the RBLs.
White-listing of the IP depends on the blacklisted sites and typically it would take some time even a week. In addition, we are analyzing the abuse pattern and implementing better abuse prevention algorithm in our service to prevent such instance from happening again.

However, this does not help! We cannot have this happening with critical emails we need to send to customers. Someone please help! I responded to the email I received, but have heard nothing. I also left a VM on the support line, and have not heard either.
