Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

I currently use Outlook 2013 on Windows 10. I can receive email from my onlyaip.com email, but I cannot send any emails. Below is the error message that I get when I send an email.

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

 A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.
