Hello!
I'm trying to understand how the data featured in the Email Analytics report is generated. Below is data from two CRM users:
| Month | Sent | Responded | Replied | Received |
| User 1 | January 2023 | 7 | 5 | 1 | 1 |
| February 2023 | 28 | 4 | 2 | 1 |
| March 2023 | 71 | 6 | 8 | 1 |
| April 2023 | 58 | 0 | 5 | 0 |
| May 2023 | 95 | 0 | 12 | 0 |
| June 2023 | 54 | 0 | 21 | 0 |
| TOTAL | 313 | 15 | 49 | 3 |
| User 2 | January 2023 | 5 | 21 | 18 | 1 |
| February 2023 | 18 | 21 | 13 | 4 |
| March 2023 | 36 | 37 | 31 | 6 |
| April 2023 | 11 | 43 | 32 | 7 |
| May 2023 | 43 | 1 | 35 | 54 |
| June 2023 | 6 | 2 | 23 | 20 |
| TOTAL | 119 | 125 | 152 | 92 |
If "Emails Replied to" is a subset of "Emails Sent" how is it possible that User 1 has sent less total emails than emails replied? Also, why is User 2 showing nearly 0 Emails Received and few Emails Responded to? User 2 is our biggest user of the CRM so we believe her emails received should be in the hundreds by now.
Both are members of our sales team. User 1 has their sharing sent to Custom and User 2 is now Public, but was sharing under Custom for most of the time and was even Private for a brief time period.
We really want to use these email reports to monitor activity but are nervous to use them until we understand the numbers we are seeing.
Thanks!
