We're just getting started with ZohoCRM - and I want to clarify my logins. I am the first user and the current Administrator. I have one login to ZohoCRM and one for ZohoForums.
Which login do I use for ZohoSupport? I assumed it would be my ZohoCRM account. I just entered a request/ticket through Zoho Support but then when I went to check the My Requests tab, I was prompted to log in although I was already logged into my ZohoCRM account. I entered my ZohoCRM account credentials and that doesn't work. Neither does my ZohoForum credentials.
