I'm using professional version of Zoho CRM and need my sales team to be able to input a sales order or even just a note under a Potential and once it's been saved I don't want them to be able to edit or delete it. This is to prevent them going back in at a later date and edited or deleting the note or sales order if they made an error and the customer complains (I don't want them to be able to "cover their tracks"). I know there's the audit trail available but this isn't enough as they could alter the note and I wouldn't know what it was previously.
So in a nutshell once they press save on a sales order (preferred) or even just a note (not as good) I want that record to then be uneditable by them (but maybe editable by an admistrator.
Is there any way of doing this please?
