For the last six or seven months, we have been experiencing missing emails within Zoho CRM.

These are emails sent to our Organisation Email.

After four or five telephone contacts with Zoho and a few worthless, also worthless, chats, I learn that the Zoho CRM organisation email address will only display or capture inbound emails sent in reply to an email originating from us.

That is, if someone, a client say, decides to email us using that email address Zoho CRM will NOT capture it or display it. 

To do that we have to go to our regular mail apps or webmail.

WTF is the point of that?  Why was this not explained ANYWHERE in the interface for setting up Organisation email in Zoho?

Since October of 2016 we have wrestled with this situation, only today do I get an explanation.
