I love Zoho but I am a bit worried about the way to master the access of all my selected Zoho applications.

Perhaps, through Zoho Mail I have found the best way.

Thank you in advance if you could advise me on the following point.

1. According to the attachment, could you tell me if it's the best way access problem to "Unified" the Zoho applications access ?

2. I have added Docs application link and CRM application link through Setting > Applications. If I click on Docs added icon, I enter in my Docs application (ok) but if I click on CRM added icon I am not in my application just in the Zoho CRM main page... and I can't sign in (See attachment and see that I'm already logged).

Does the problem come from the link address : http://crm.zoho.com ?

Note that if I click on Zoho Apps > CRM, I open my CRM application in Zoho Mail.

3. If I add an icon through Settings > Application, I can't use the original Zoho application icon (even with the extended list of icons). It's pity but not it's OK

4. In fact, what is Zoho Business : an application or a marketing concept ?
