I have a suggestion that I'm sure will make the daily work with CRM easier. In a lead properties, there's the Emails section (my CRM is integrated with Zoho Email). Sometimes I send emails from within CRM and sometimes - from my Zoho email account. Both types of email show in the lead properties and that is great. 

What is not so great is that there are two separate lists of emails sent. You can switch between them using a dropdown menu at the top right of the section. 

However, when looking at the list I need to know quickly what was the last email that was sent to a customer. It would be easier then if all emails were displayed in a single list, or at least there were an option in the dropdown menu to "Show all".
