uninstalling Outlook Edition

I installed the Outlook Edition of CRM and could not get it to work correctly and now I cannot get it to uninstall. Can anyone offer any ideas of how to get this to uninstall. I have ran both the install/unistall routine and have also tried using add/remove programs. It hangs on both of them.
