Unique field Account Name RULE IGNORED ON SYNC in Accounts - ZOHO CREATES DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS WHEN SYNCING !!!! (THIS IS NOT ANSWERED) !!!!

When adding a company in Accounts, I have the field Account Name set to be unique. When you manually enter a company and if the Account Name is the same as an existing Account Name, the system will let you know that you cannot enter a duplicate value for Account Name, which is the expected behavior. 

I am finding though that the Account Name (Lookup Field) in Contacts does not obery this unique valve rule. 

So when I use a PieSync integration and sync contacts that have an associated Account Name field, Zoho will create duplicate Accounts with the same Account Names. Is this a known issue or am I forgetting a setting or something?
