Unique ID in CRM

Unique ID in CRM

Hello,

I am an inexperienced user of the Zoho CRM and I have two questions.

For any and every entry made into the CRM (in terms of customers/accounts), there must be a unique ID that zoho assigns to it. Is there a way I can access this unique ID? Furthermore, how can I export it?
