What use is context that's not available where you need it? With this in mind, we bring you the Table View. This feature will add more power to the way you organize and work through your ticket load.

Table View comes in handy when you want more control over the ticket information you see. This is a nifty tool for users who find themselves limited in terms of the level of information that is being offered in the Classic View and Compact View. With an upper limit of 15 columns, agents can glean most ticket details without having to open the ticket.



Currently, the preferences for this view will be common to all users in a department, so admin users can set the preferences that work best for their teams. E.g: An admin modifying the “All Tickets” view is essentially modifying the view preferences for all the agents in their department. User-specific preferences will be out shortly!

Good news coming soon!

We are in the verge of shipping the requested feature (Table View - Column Sorting). It will be available for everyone in a week or two. Please stay tuned...

Unfortunately supporting Table View under All Departments isn't feasible at this time due to technical constraints, Vivek.

This is FANTASTIC and exactly what we needed to make sorting of the basic table view usable for our agents.

This was a long awaited feature. Now it's time for you to improve upon its features.

  1. Introduce "multiple column sorting" as an improvement. After selecting a specific column we would like to additionally sort the resulting list based on a second column. The same feature presented in Excel and called the same as "multiple column sorting".
  2. Present the ability to record specifically sorted tables as "table sort views" and present a combo box type button on top to be able to switch between different "table sort views"
  3. Adjustment of the column width
  4. Ability to print out a specific table view as a spreadsheet (directly from the ticket module, not from the reports module)

Multi Column Sort is definitely basic Ask.
Ticket Tracking and Control Center is big day to day task and consumes most of the time of supervisors.. seems zoho is not helping us much with their views

Yes, Kevin. In our current design, only work modes are available for the Agent and Teams Queue.

Really like this feature. I've been using it more in testing. Some wishlist items I've posted about and though of:

- Ability to resize columns
- Ability to add a field that is the latest ticket post (email or comment)
- Ability to see and click on tags in this view
- Ability to group by a field in this view (team, status, product, priority)
- Also, if this is edited in a view, it affects the view for everyone so either make modifications user specific by default with the ability for "global changes" to the table view.

3 Years and we still can't group by -  ARRGH - seems like such a simple table view requirement - and would be so nice to see all your tickets but have them grouped by a particular client... or a particular contact, or by a status...  all the kinds of thing that would make it easier when dealing with higher volume of tickets.

We understand your perspective.

We’ve implemented nearly all the requirements mentioned earlier. To meet your current needs, you can utilize Custom Reports to group data based on customer information or filter the relevant data using the Custom View.

For detailed instructions, refer to our help document on creating Custom Reports.

Is there a possibility to set the table view as default for the ticket module? Every time I switch to settings, or another module and head back to the Tickets module afterwards, tickets are by default shown in Countdown mode, which none of us likes.

I've noticed this as well. Sometimes it defaults to a view we don't use or like. Table view is pretty much the only view we want to default to.

+1 for All Departments Table View.

Our day-to-day operations have us primarily operating in the All Departments view. Having the table view in all departments would be huge for us.

I understand that it will be difficult to sort when fields can have different values per department, but I'd honestly be ok with not being able to sort until that's worked out, or even only being able to sort if the values that are the same.

I also see it like @Cameron. To get an overview you have to be able to use a table view for all departments. The usable views don't help, you have to be able to see the relevant data (which is mostly stored in custom fields) at first sight! Are there any updates?
