I'm trying to trigger a workflow when someone unsubscribes using the integrated unsubscribe form

Nothing triggers when the field is updated, I know this is new but its key for GDPR for us to be able to capture the data when they unsubscribed and the workflow I am trying to trigger will capture this on the lead object.

Is this a bug or is there a work around?
