Unsubscribe Processing in an Email Template

I am new to Zoho CRM and the Mass Email functionality. I would like to include an Unsubscribe option in the template.

Do I need to create an Unsubscription page in my website that forces the email recipient to enter their email to facilitate this processing?

If so... Does the contact/lead record automatically with email opt-out information?
