Unsupported Version of Exchange ActiveSync

Maybe I'm not even supposed to be doing this, but I haven't seen it posted where I should not expect this to work. I'm trying to connect to a Zoho account from a Windows 7 machine running Outlook 2013 using ActiveSync. When I try to set it up, I get:

Log onto Exchange ActiveSync mail server (EAS): The server you are trying to connect to uses an unsupported version of Exchange ActiveSync. The server is using version: '10, 20, 25, 120'. Contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for assistance.

Is this because synchronizing Zoho and Outlook via ActiveSync is not supported or is it something else?
