If a lead unsubscribes and later gets deleted do they enter some kind of durable unsubscribe status within Zoho? In case they get reentered in the future?

We know a lead will only use our product in a very short time window while a certain life event happens.  We don't need to keep these leads in the CRM after that time window has passed so built a function to auto delete them to save on space.  But there are a lot of leads that will re-enter the system when notified of a future life event and don't want to remarket to those who unsuscribed.
