Unusual sending activity, Unblockme button doesn't work

Hello, I'm unable to send any emails outside zoho mail, I got error:

Unable to send message: 550 5.4.6 Unusual sending activity detected. To unblock click here

I haven't sent any messages in a week now, but I can't send any mails since then.

I had used a Mail delivery testing service called https://glockapps.com/ , they gave me emails to send to, but apparently I have hit some kind of spam limit

I wanted to make sure my emails are not spam for my customers or their content before linking it to my website

I'm aware of zoho policy of not sending spam, I was just testing multiple emails and I didn't know the limit is not even lifted after getting limited for days
