Unusuall activity detected from this ip

Hi i'm trying to setup my domain an when i press proceed to cname verification it says Unusuall activity detected from this ip.

I send mail to support but i still cannot proceed to veryfication.

Can someone from the support unblock my ip to proceed to verification?
