What is the Data Model?

The Data Model provides a visual representation of the connections between different entities in your CRM. This feature empowers you to comprehend the overall structure of your CRM data and easily identify relationships between various entities.

Key Features:

Visual Representation: Easily visualize relationships between modules, custom modules, subforms, linking modules, and picklist history.

Entity Selector: Control what you see by accessing a list of available entities with a simple click.

Relations: Understand entity relationships at a glance with clear and informative connection lines.

Developer Mode: Obtain field API names and data types of all entities in your account with a single click.

How to Get Started:

To explore the Data Model feature, navigate to Developer Space and click on Data Model. We encourage you to dive into this feature and witness the improvement it brings to your understanding of CRM data. Detailed instructions can be found in our help document.
