whenever I send an group e-mail using a zoho crm template the following text is added to the footer. How do I get rid of this?

this text is automatically added in the footer, and can not be modified. while the items in the list appear to be menu options, they are not active links.
With this extraneous text added to every e-mail template I send to multiple contacts/leads sending, I can't use zoho e-mail templates. Is there a fix? Or is this user error somehow?
