The year is coming to a close and Zoho Creator brings you the last few updates for the month of December.

We will be rolling out the following feature updates:

• While creating report workflows, the listing of apps will be based on the user's access permission to the apps
  

• Creating permission sets for Integration forms will be supported
  

• Introducing a slight revamp to the fonts supported in your apps
  

Listing of apps based on permissions

When you are trying to create a relationship or a function, you are presented with the list of apps from which you can select the required app to create the intended relationship or the function. The listing of apps while creating a lookup only includes apps to which the user has permission. However, while running a function for a report workflow alone, this was not the case. The list of apps that appeared when referencing the function also included the apps to which the user does not have permission.

We have now updated this to ensure that the user can create a report workflow only using the apps to which the user has permission. The rest of the apps will not be listed, and Deluge will include the apps to which the user has access and the current sandbox app.

Note: Existing workflows that have been created with apps that are out of a user's scope will continue to work as usual, while new workflows will have this change implemented.

Setting permissions to integration forms

We are introducing the ability to configure permissions for integration forms. However, a few of the options available for forms will not be supported for integration forms because the data is not stored in Zoho Creator. For instance, Import/Export records operations will not be supported. The said data belongs with an external service, so we would not have that option.

Revamping of font styles

Some fonts that were supported previously will not be available starting from December 31st, 2020. We have meticulously chosen replacements for those fonts so that the transition will be seamless and will not have any impact on the existing content. Please refer to this announcement for more details on this update.
