I have a question, as I do not think we are using Zoho CRM in a standard way.

We have a contact in the CRM (with information like a conference 1 that he attended). Imagine we import the list of participants of Conference 2 and that this contact (who attended Conference 1) is also attending. How can we import the list of participants of Conference 2 and UPDATE the contact's participation in the conference, without deleting the existing contact but updating it?
