I have a business flow I need to configure on Zoho CRM but I'm stuck. I tried workflows (partially successfully) and now I'm trying Flows for the first time (completely stuck).
Maybe the experts out there can help me:
Business Flow:
- We will send an email template to a Contact with a Zoho Forms link for him/her upload extra documents
- The Form is integrated to Contacts, so the the documents will be saved in the Contact's Attachments
- After the form is submitted, a task is created to our team member to assess the extra documents
- At the same time, we need the Deal related to that Contact to have its Stage changed from A to B (in the pipeline) - All the previous steps (1, 2, 3) are working fine through Forms - CRM - Workflow, but I couldn't figure out a way to make the step 4 work.
I don't code, so I'm trying to find a codeless solution, if possible.
