Update "Created By" in Zoho CRM - Leads Module
Hi team,
Could anyone help me on how to update the Created By in Zoho CRM Leads?
I created a web form in Zoho Desk and embedded the code to our website. When a user fills up the form through our website, it is automatically converted into a ticket in Desk.
Then, the Lead is automatically added in CRM from the ticket created in Desk.
I am using custom functions for this.
I've successfully mapped the fields from Zoho Desk to Zoho CRM Leads Module except for this one field - "Created By"
Every time a customer fills up the form through our website, the Created By is automatically assigned to me. I want to assign it to other agent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
