Update CRM Feed when a user sends an Email
My boss is a bit upset because we were under the impression that with the Feeds Tab we would be able to see everysingle action that the sales people had made.
BUT we can only see Feeds when they Add/Edit Lead/Contacts Fields or when creating Activities, the issue here is that
if the Users Sends an Email , be it from within Zoho or using the BCC feature,
there is NO FEED for that ACTION made.
Hence our boss was mad because he thought that none was making actual work by just looking at the Feeds.
Is there a way to update the Feed whenever an Email is sent?
