I've created a new module (wishes) which is related (*:1) to a Lead or Account.

On the Wish module, I've added 2 lookup fields for Leads and Accounts to set this up.

Scenario:

I want to convert a Lead into an Account (and Contact).

On the related Wish module, the lookup field Lead info should be transferred to the lookup field Account.

Is this possible? If yes, is it possible to automate this within the process started when the [convert] button is clicked?
