Hey Team

I have a question relating to what I assume is a common request - and so I'm hoping there is a simple, straightforward answer that I've missed!

When a Deal completes, we automatically send out an email to the Client with a satisfaction survey.

In this email we have 5 links relating to their degrees of satisfaction:

What we need is for a field in the Deal record to be directly updated with the corresponding value when the Client clicks on any of the links. We can then use Workflows to update the Client record and trigger follow-up actions as required.
