Hi everyone!
We're currently looking for a solution to update the Last Activity Time after sending an email through the CRM. Our salesperson operates by viewing the currently active Deals and sorting by Last Activity Time to see the last time he reached out to the client and reaching out to clients he hasn't reached out to after a certain time period.
We reached out to Zoho Support about this and were extremely disappointed when they told us there was no solution to this issue as this is a fundamental feature of any CRM. Has anybody found a workaround for this?
