Update "member status" in CRM campaign

Update "member status" in CRM campaign

Dear Zoho Community:

I'm trying to update the below field in CRM Campaigns via FLow (Member status) the problem is, I can't seem to find it in any CRM building block. I'm assuming it's "update related module entry" but that field does not belong to Campaigns or Contacts module. It does appear in CRM reports, though  (Campaign members - leads) How can I find its equivalent in Flow?
