Update Modified time when adding a note!

Update Modified time when adding a note!

Hi

I know that this issue was brought up a few months ago but this problem still persists.
Please can the system be changed so that when a note is added, the Modified time (in list and report views) is updated.

I cannot accurately track activity - imperative to sales.
Could you let me know when this change is proposed to take place?
