Update People with Mail and Zoho Voice

I desire to know whether there is any roadmap integration coming for Zoho Voice and Zoho Mail integration into Zoho People. As Zoho People is a HRMS, it does not make sense that I can email, call, or text in Zoho Recruit but once they become an employee - all emails, calls, and sms communication is missing from their records with the HR department from within their Zoho People application records without the writing of a developer custom function which would allow a historical record of all activity with HR and employee inside the HRMS system. In America, many employee communications from HR to a direct employee should be recorded in the HRMS and not under a separate group inbox mail policy in a separate application which is not connected to the HRMS. Finally, communication on benefits, compensation, promotion or increases in salary should go to the employees personal email address. This should not be stored in any personal or group email address.

Zenefits, BamboHR, Gusto, Workday, ADP Workforce Now -these HRMS HAVE this feature in the HRIS application.
