Is there a limitation that you can't use the Campaign ID field via Sheet view to update the potential's link to the Campaign Module.

If I use a custom view for Potentials and show the records in Zoho Sheets. Then add the campaign ID and save. The potential does not get updated with the Campaign.

Please advise if this is not possible,
