Update Product with invoce quantity

Dear Forum member.

Is it posible to update the poduct "Qty in Stock" from the Invoices step?

What I want to do is the following.

.) Create a Order with offered 20 Piece
.) 20 pieces are in "Qty in Stock"
.) Customer accept the Order.
.) I deliver only 15 pieces.
.) I write the invoice but but 15 in the Product "Quantity" field

Now should the CRM automatically reflect this and write the 5 remaining pieces into  "Qty in Stock".
Is this possible with the "Professional Edition"?
