is there any way to create a report, and then mass update either the records or be able to add to campaigns using those records?
this is what i am trying to do:
we have within our accounts, when the last time the client worked with us, but i need to email the contacts of that company.
so i am not able to add these accounts to a campaign. However, using reports, i can get a list of these, but i have no way of adding these results to campaigns.
